How Can I Get Abs

Everyone wants to have abs, but no one wants to put the "effort" into it. What if I told you that you could get abs without doing 100 crunches a day or starving yourself? And you can do it without even going to the gym even once? This is not one of those "get abs in six weeks" program(which don't work), this may take some time, but the payoff is worth it. This is a guide on how to get abs for lazy people (aka gamers). Fitness magazines try not to give out this info so that people will continue to buy their magazines thinking there is a new breakthrough in fat loss. First of all you must read this guide till the end! Second, it is recommended that you have a lifestyle change, that means going to the gym at least 3 times a week and changing your eating habits. I will go through with it step by step, let's get started!

(I strongly recommend lifting weights and eating a high protein diet or take protein shakes)

1. Compute your "Daily Calorie Needs" from  and subtract 500 from it if you want to lose 1 lb a week or subtract 1000 from it if you want to lose 2 lbs a week. (It is not recommended to have a deficit more than 1000)

3. Do a 15 minute ab routine every other day and make sure you put 110% effort into it. 

4. If you follow step 2 -3 you should see results within 2-3 weeks. Continue steps 2-3 until your abs are seen! It's that easy!
